Job Description
**Duties and Responsibilities** include:
- Participate in the development and maintain the Institutional Performance data dashboard (Power BI)
- Ensure that different stakeholders provide the directorate with the expected data on the agreed dates
- Analyze the data and report on performance periodically as scheduled and whenever requests are raised by the management
- Maintain AUBH relationship with survey platform provider and ensure that the University is informed about the most recent updates to the system
- Administrate surveys as scheduled and ensure that reports are developed and distributed as expected
- Revise and update surveys and survey items to improve the quality of the feedback received
- Collate all data used for assessing students’ performance including achievement of CLOs, PLOs and report on them as needed
- Maintain data needed on cohorts, analyze them and report on the outcomes as needed by the relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that the University website includes the most updated data on students performance (including cohort retention, progression graduation rates)
- Maintain periodic data requested by national and international regulatory and accreditation bodies
- Follow up with the accreditation plan and schedules approved by the management
- Conduct research and benchmarking exercises assigned to the Directorate and report on their outcomes
- Prepare the data needed for reports on the outcomes of internal reviews/audits of all academic and administrative units and the university performance against strategic key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain the Directorate minutes of meetings
- Maintain the SharePoint Page of the Directorate
- Assist in any other capacity as when required
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience required**:
- Bachelor's Degree is required; preferable in Computer Science, IT or MIS
- At least 3 years of full-time, professional experience; preferable in the field of data analysis, university registration office, internal or external quality assurance/accreditation of higher education institutions and or programs
- Experience with effective management and use of SIS systems and/or other relational databases.
**Skills and Competencies required**:
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction and adherence to deadlines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of data collection, analysis and reporting
- Ability to pro-actively work collaboratively with various internal and external constituencies.
- Commitment to the highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and handling of confidential information
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of various software, specifically Excel MS project and power point

What We Need From You- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to maintain the product backlog.
- Support stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional specifications prior to sprint planning.
- Conduct market and competitor research for product planning.
- Support quality assurance by validating requirements during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain and update project documentation and requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related fields.
Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis is advantageous.
Skills and Knowledge- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Jira/Asana is a plus.

**This exciting role encompasses the following responsibilities**:
As a UX Product Designer at Rejuve Biotech project, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our biotechnological innovations and the researchers they serve. You will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and engaging, while ideally having familiarity with the scientific foundation that drives our work. Your previous experience working in the biotechnology or similar field, will enable you to design intuitive products that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and support the optimally fluid workflow of the researchers who will be using the platform every day.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Translate complex biotechnological concepts into easy-to-understand, engaging user interfaces.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, biomedical researchers, and software engineers, to define and align on user needs, translating them into comprehensive design solutions.
- Study our previous products and existing products in the market with similar design and usage paradigms
- Conduct extensive user research and usability testing within the biomedical sector to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Define some basic initial style guide to ensure design consistency across the platform while adapting to evolving user requirements and new features.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are well organized and able to be understood and navigated by teammates
- Upon approval of designs, export assets with clear, unambiguous written communication to UI developers, and conduct one or more handoff meetings, confirming successful understanding before concluding the handoff.
- Own the product development cycle from end to end, meeting with the UI developers at least once per week to review work, check status, ensure rate of development is on track for timely delivery, and to confirm that the work implemented is in integrity with the intended design.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional Product/UX design, preferably within the biomedical or healthcare industry.
- knowledge and community experience would be a huge plus, but is not required
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating user-centric design solutions for complex data-driven platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead a team.
- Strategic thinker with a vision for future product development and management.
