Job Purpose:

  • Participating with GFMS Team for originating, developing, and maintaining close relationship with Bank ABC’s prospective and the existing clients in our geographies by offering a comprehensive end-to-end banking solutions/products within the internal/external regulatory boundaries
  • Increasing the depth and width of the relationship to maximize clients’ RAROC

Principal Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables of Role:

  • FMS - acquiring NTB clients (Banks, NBFIs, Capitals, MDBs, Sovereigns, and Corporates) and extending the wallet size of existing clients. Marketing market products and solutions with active coverage of clients including setting up limits and finalizing documentation.
  • Working closely with RMs to assist in identifying and introducing NTB clients for the bank across all bank products

Job Context (Circumstances & environment surrounding the job):

  • Strong network/relationship in the coverage geographies (i.e. MENAT)
  • Strong knowledge in GT&FM & GWB Products 
  • Close relationship/communication with WB RMs & products 
  • Strong presentation in front of clients

Job Requirements:

Knowledge

  • Financial Markets’ econometrics and behavior
  • Interest Rates, Foreign Exchange, Credit & Commodities Sectors of the economy
  • FMS Products
  • Banking Products
  • Regulations

Education / Certifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Finance 

Experience

  • The operating process for all Treasury & Financial Market Products (i.e. work flow, the bilateral/multilateral contracts/documentations inclusive of the legal terms and conditions for each product, products’ specific policies & procedures, pricing parameters, tenor parameters, Treasury Limits, & currencies parameters)
  • Strong relationship with market clients
  • Communications and Interactive skills with superiors, peers, subordinates, business units/branches, Middle & Back Offices, external & internal regulators, and clients
  • Analytical skills
