Our client is a multinational bank covering institutional, corporate and consumer banking, looking to hire an experienced relationship manager to join their successful Priority Banking team.
Job DescriptionThe
Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for servicing and
managing customer relationships under the Priority Banking program by
engaging them, uncovering their needs and providing them with the
appropriate products, services and solutions from the entire range of
the Consumer Banking suite.
The Relationship Manager is
responsible to drive profitable revenue and volume growth from their
portfolio with a focus on new acquisition, deepening of existing
customer relationships and cross sell thereby improving market and
customer share of wallet with the Bank.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management / MBA would be an added advantage
- 4 - 7 years of experience in the financial services industry preferably in wealth management and/or private banking across the GCC
- Must be willing to relocate to Bahrain
- Must be handling a book and a team currently
- Knowledge on International products
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behaviour, movements and expectations with respect to market
- Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context of several clients - thus generating insights for clients
- Excellent product exposure
- Exposure to international markets and clients
