Associate Graphic Designer

Role Summary

We are currently hiring for the role of graphic designer for the Bahrain market. They should have good knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. They should implement marketing campaigns and ensure promoting the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content. They also need to be highly aware of local culture and trends, along with good exposure of global social and design trends.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Creating graphic concepts, ideation and animations is a plus.

• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.

• Generating fresh concepts.

• Designing digital content, motion graphics and video editing.

• Creating original artwork through usage of templates and propose improvements when/if needed

• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.

• Food and Product Photography: Capture enticing, high-resolution photographs of food, non-food products,  and lifestyle model shoots.

• Photograph a wide range of products and items, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing images.

• Edit and retouch images as needed, ensuring they meet our app's visual standards and guidelines.

• Manage and organize a digital library of vendor assets and product images 

• Ability to manage multitasks in a tight time to ensure deadlines are met.

• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

• Ability to tackle a brief from scratch - conceptualize, storyboard, design to the final output.

• Producing multiple creatives each day including printing, social media assets.

• A highly-skilled, fast and proficient user of Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom. After Effects is a plus.

• Basic HTML, CSS & Dreamweaver knowledge

• 2+ years proven experience.

• Advanced English skills, writing, reading, and speaking.

• Fast learner with a can-do attitude. Having strong attention to detail and ensuring high levels of quality with experience working to tight deadlines.

• Good knowledge of local and global social and design trends.
