Full Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Creator to support our marketing initiatives at our Well Renowned Women only Beauty Lounge. The content creator will be responsible for developing high-quality copy/captions for websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing & Executing Marketing Strategies to increase awareness & customers
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Write ARABIC & ENGLISH copy for diverse marketing distributions (social media captions, brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
• Maintain relationships with media vendors/influencers and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Requirements and skills

• Fluency in Arabic & English
• Bahraini & Female
• Proven experience as marketing / social media executive / content creator or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Familiarity with social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Skills in Content Creating Tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator or Capcut etc. will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD450.000 - BD500.000 per month
