As they continue to grow and expand their global footprint, they are seeking a visionary CHRO to lead their Human Resources function and shape the future of their workforce.

Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with the executive team to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
  2. Lead a high-performing HR team across all functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and diversity & inclusion.
  3. Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent globally.
  4. Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  5. Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
  6. Oversee leadership development programs to build the next generation of leaders.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  8. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on all HR matters.
  9. Manage and optimize the HR budget and resources efficiently.
  10. Stay abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices and integrate them into the company's HR strategy.
  11. Travel internationally as required to support global operations.
About You:

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role in a large, complex organization.
  • Experience working in a global environment with a strong understanding of international HR practices.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative HR strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and employees at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Passion for building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
