Requirements
Person Specification:
Degree qualified in engineering, architecture, surveying or similar discipline
Minimum of 5 years PQE in a similar role
Experience working on large complex projects collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
Strong technical skills in construction and building services
Professional Chartership (or working towards) with a relevant body i.e. RICS, SCSI, RIAI, MIEI etc. an advantage.
GCC / Middle East Experience advantageous
Experience of FIDIC Contract advantageous
Experience of the third level education sector an advantage
