Full Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced
Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in creating and managing ads for
Instagram, Facebook, and Google, and will be able to develop and
implement effective digital marketing strategies to help us achieve
our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize ad performance.
- Develop and manage social media content calendars and post schedules.
- Create and manage ad campaigns, including ad copy, creative, and targeting.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media advertising.
- Proven experience creating and managing successful ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
- A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and ad creatives is preferred.
