Drilling Compliance Coaches - Offshore

Compliance Coaches required for mobilisation to the Middle East.

Contract Duration – Lengthy + Rotational basis 

Start date:  ASAP

Candidates with a strong operational background (Offshore Installation Manager; Toolpusher; Driller) with QHSE and Compliance history roles.

Main duties will be as follows:

• Review and enforce the implementation of Rig Specific Operating Procedures (SOP's).
• Shows what good looks/bad looks like and challenge operational tasks shortcoming.
• Assist the rig by monitoring/verifying compliance with control of work systems such as JRA, SOP, PTW, Isolation, Confined Space, Rescue Planning etc.
• Assist in the management of the reporting program and encourage active participation by undertaking safety performance conversations with all persons on board.
• Be always present at the worksite and coach the crews, especially in high-risk, high-activity areas (e.g, deck, drill floor). Approximately 85 % of working day should be spent at the worksite.
• Participate to all onsite toolbox talk.
• Participate to all ongoing complex activity on the rig.
• Actively participate in all safety meetings and contribute with relevant points.
• Show active participation in Hazard Management and Stop Work activities.
• Participate and Monitor Job Risk Assessments (JRA) to ensure that all personnel understand their own task for the job.
• Improve the communication with the crews, operator and/or service personnel to preserve and general awareness and culture on the rig.
• Promptly Report all miss behaviours from the crews to the person in charge (OIM) and the Project QHSSE manager.
