Responsible for overseeing the pre-opening phase of the housekeeping department, this role will ensure a seamless integration of world-class housekeeping services, blending sophistication with the natural beauty of our surroundings. Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping Operations: Spearhead the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures. Supervise daily cleaning activities, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the resort.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the housekeeping team, including room attendants, laundry staff, and public area cleaners. Provide comprehensive training, guidance, and support to ensure the team delivers exceptional service.
• Pre-Opening Preparation: Collaborate closely with other departments to prepare the housekeeping operations for the resort's grand opening. Develop inventory systems, establish cleaning schedules, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure a seamless pre-opening phase.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold stringent quality standards for housekeeping services. Conduct regular inspections to guarantee the pristine condition of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Sustainability Integration: Implement eco-friendly practices in housekeeping operations, aligning with the resort's commitment to sustainability. Source environmentally responsible cleaning products and promote responsible resource management.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Professional Background: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in housekeeping management within the luxury hospitality sector in the Middle East. Previous pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Leadership Management: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively. Possess excellent organizational skills and the capability to foster positive working relationships at all levels.
• Communication: Navigate and resolve challenges gracefully, exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in housekeeping management software and systems, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to brand standards.
