Job Description

• Develop and manage financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive decision-making for the business.
• Manage cash flow, income statements, and balance sheets to ensure financial stability.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and investors.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in the fresh food industry.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proven leadership and people management skills to mentor and develop team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
