Job Description

They are looking for a Group Human Resources Specialist that has hands on Talent Acquisition and Specialist to facilitate the sourcing, identification, screening, and recruitment of individuals for diverse roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in overseeing the entire employee lifecycle management. The candidate should be Bahraini.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain staffing needs across various departments across
all Kalaam Group.
Establish selection criteria by consulting with managers and staff members.
Source potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn and professional networks.
Craft job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.
Refine and identify the most suitable talent from available candidates.
Plan and conduct interview procedures, including screenings, assessments, and in-person
interviews where feasible.
Evaluate candidates' credentials, such as CVs, portfolios, and references.
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to cultivate a robust candidate
pipeline.
Maintain meticulous records of recruitment materials and interview notes for key stakeholders'
reference.
Monitor hiring budgets and negotiate contracts.
Complete the employee file with required documents and prepare all formalities.
Own the organization structure changing process in all the group.
Employee Engagement :
Develop, execute, and oversee employee engagement programs aligned with the company's
values and objectives.
Establish and manage communication channels for the efficient distribution of engagement
activities and company updates.
Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for enhancement.
Collaborate with HR, management, and department heads to formulate action plans for
improving the employee experience.
Group HR Corporate Communication :
Develop and oversee the content calendar for HR communications, ensuring alignment with HR events and initiatives.
Create compelling Group HR-related content for various communication channels, including
emails, intranet, social media, and other internal platforms.
Ensure consistent and coherent messaging regarding organizational changes, talent
development, and HR-related announcements.
HR Projects :
Spearhead the HRMS project from inception to delivery.
Actively participate in Job grading & salary bench-marking Projects
Initiate a Succession Planning project in-house with necessary support from Management & HR head.
Foster a LinkedIn partnership & employer branding initiative.
Requirements
Skills Set & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of HR Recruitment / Talent acquisition and HR projects field experience.
Proficiency in managing the entire employee lifecycle.
Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, employing various interview techniques and evaluation
methods.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate
sourcing
Adept understanding of role-specific requirements within the company
Proficient in documenting processes and staying updated on industry trends.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
Hands-on experience with various HRIS tools
Capability to create artistic content and draft organizational communications.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite
Innovative thinker with an inclination towards HR Automation
Qualifications:
Bachelor s / master s degree in human resources management or related field
5-10 years of experience in an HR Recruitment / Talent acquisition and HR projects field.
HR professional certificate (CIPD / SHRIM ..etc).
Have experience in handling group level projects.
