The ideal HR Director will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the company's human resources department. If you are well organized, task-oriented and apt at upkeeping the high HR strategies and procedures standards, but also enthusiastic about improving them with your creative new ideas, you are the person we are looking for!

1. Create and deliver briefings to executives
2. Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
3. Plan employee benefit, payroll, health and safety programs
4. Initiate and supervise the implementation and advancement of human resource processes
5. Follow and ensure adherence to relevant internal and legal procedures
6. Oversee and check the update of employee records
7. Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
8. Initiate, oversee and coordinate updating human resource software systems
9. Suggest appropriate innovative measures for improving performance evaluations and employee engagement

Degree: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Human Resource operations and legal regulations
Experience: Hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management
Skills: Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills
Experience: Supervisory experience
Certification: Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) will be an advantage
