Role Summary

Responsible for ensuring smooth flow of operations for all day-to-day on-ground operations and continuous improvement of rider compliance and performance by working closing with other stakeholders including customer support teams, vendors and riders.

What’s On Your Plate?
  1. Lead a team of supervisors that communicate with and support riders on the ground and via remote channels to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Ensure the right processes and controls are in place to monitor and report on rider compliance metrics.
  3. Track and report progress of rider quality KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  4. Own monitoring, reporting and resolution of rider issues.
  5. Work with the dispatch team to optimize processes & SLAs to meet operational requirements and suggest improvements where needed.
  6. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for topics involving rider compliance.
  7. Lead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  8. Monitor and improve the performance of the logistics operations team members and upskill them to support their growth.
What Did We Order?

Bachelor's or master’s degree
Experience in managing a logistics fleet
Excellent people management skills: Experience with managing a large team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic is required, Urdu is a plus.
Able to set up and develop Processes and SLAs.
Able to analyze data and create comprehensive reports.
Able to use complex computer systems.
Able to work under pressure, handle stress, and work in a diverse environment.
