Our client is currently in an exciting period of growth and thus wishes to recruit a solicitor with at least 7 years PQE. The hiring firm prides themselves on facilitating both personal and professional development for their team and are ideally looking for an individual that aspires to work towards becoming a partner.

Our client is looking to recruit an individual who not only wants to achieve excellent results for clients and contribute to the success of the team but also wants to develop their own professional reputation.

1. Experience of higher value clinical negligence work
2. Proven billing track record of handling a mixed CN caseload, including issued cases
3. Ability to hit KPIs
4. Genuine tenacity
5. Strong CPR and Litigation skills
6. Excellent client care ability, with a passion for achieving the best possible outcome for our clients
7. Knowledge of Proclaim case management system
8. Organised and efficient
9. Willing to act as a team player to help the continued success of the team
10. Will consider applications from candidates with robust PI skills and experience of high-value cases

An understanding of the issues within the CN sector and landscape

Ideally, experience in writing blogs and/or marketing CN work

Willing to attend marketing and fundraising events

• Salary depending on experience, but in excess of 70,000 for the right candidate, along with a very generous commission scheme, paid monthly in arrears
• Standard working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday, with some flexibility
• 3/2 alternative working from home pattern after probation
• 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days
• 3 holiday buybacks per year after 1 year of service
• Extra day's holiday for your birthday after 2 years of service
• Private medical insurance available after 2 years of service
• Attendance at AVMA two-day conference (paid for by the practice)
