Safety Engineer - Drilling & Workover Operations

This role requires the candidate to permanently relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline from an Accredited Institution and have 7+ years of relevant industry experience within the oil and gas upstream sector.

The candidate should demonstrate a strong track record of delivering results across various areas, including but not limited to:

1. Drilling & Workover operations
2. Well planning and approval
3. Reservoir management
4. Geology and geophysics
5. Project management for upstream facilities development
6. Oil & gas field development
7. Simultaneous operations (SIMPOS) between upstream and construction/downstream operations
8. Offshore and onshore drilling rig safety inspections
9. Managerial audits/assessments
10. Safety program and emergency response plans development

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively communicate with peers and management. Proficiency in producing clear and concise oral and written reports in English is also required.
