Job Description
  • Responsible for maintaining a highest level of safety and security in the hotel at all times.
  • Observe guests and patrol lobbies, hotel areas as well as back of house areas.
  • Conduct investigations and keep superiors informed on incidents involving disturbances, accidents, losses, thefts and more.
  • Ensure that the Security Check Point is manned and clean.
  • Check and ensure that the books, files, security passes, Identity cards and keys in the Security Room are in place.
  • Register all Visitors, Part-Timers, Contract Workers, and Casual Labour and issue them with Security Passes. Check their possessions subsequently when they leave the building.
  • Ensuring compliance of the hotel rules and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Relevant certificates in Safety and Security.
  • At least 1 years of related work experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage
  • Organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to create positive and effective working relationships with both guests and team members.
