We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerBI for one of our clients. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field.

Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including report development, data modelling, and administration.

Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or MySQL).

Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory).

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Demonstrated ability to create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.

1. Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes, to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.
2. Lead the development and implementation of interactive and visually compelling reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using Microsoft Power BI.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy for reporting purposes.
4. Identify and address performance bottlenecks within the data infrastructure and Power BI reports, optimising queries and processes for efficiency.
5. Develop and implement data models to support business requirements, ensuring data is structured for optimal reporting and analysis.
