Full Job Description

Manage the office for a well established international recruitment firm, responsible for the smooth running of the office and providing operational support to the Regional Director. The company is highly customer focused, and has a strong client base in the GCC region.

Daily duties include processing of international applicants, generating candidate reports, database management and email and telephone liaison with short listed candidates, and daily contact with client companies, and some administration and research functions.

The variety of work should be stimulating for an experienced (10+ years) office professional,

There may be flexibility with work hours.

We require an experienced and confident individual who enjoys dealing with senior people.

English must be your first language, and other language proficiency an advantage. Preferably tertiary qualified , you will be proficient in MS Office and be able to learn database and some website skills.

You will be able to prioritise work, produce high quality work and be outcome driven.
