• Minimum 5years experience in similar field-cut and bend steel factory (preferred).
• Diploma in civil (preferred).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supervisor to oversee all production activities at our steel cut & bend fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field, with a strong understanding of steel fabrication processes. A diploma in civil engineering is considered an added advantage..

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all production activities of the steel cut & bend fabrication facility.
• Plan manpower allocation to assigned jobs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Control raw material usage as per production requirements.
• Maintain machine schedules in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Effectively manage offcuts to minimize waste.
• Ensure production and delivery align with the technical department's plan.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct performance reviews of employees and provide feedback for improvement.
• Report daily production activities and submit reports to the production manager.
• Arrange transportation for materials as per production schedule.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures associated with the steel fabrication industry..
