Full Job Description

Objective of the role

To ensure the right level of skills and knowledge as well as motivation throughout the organization, through structured assessment, development, training and coaching.

Primary Responsibilities
• Defining training and development needs for the organization and front liners on all (STO) levels
• Ensuring a competency based approach to learning and development
• Identify training needs on organizational as well as individual level and ensure fulfillment of same through internal or external training
• Liaise with external training providers (or ensure delegates to do so)
• Develop and manage internal training force, including coaches, etc.
• Development of training content and courses
• Conduct training and assessments
• Consultation of organization on training and development issues
• Planning and coordination of training with stakeholder.

Experience is more important than education, though an MBA or similar is preferred.
You should at least possess some or all of the below experience:
Experience in…
• training position is a must, as well as knowledge about sales and customer service is mandatory
• working with development/career plans, assessments, gap analysis, etc. will be an advantage
• content development
• management development
• personal profiling
• coaching
• people performance management
Arabic is an advantage though not mandatory. Excellent English and communication skills are must haves.
