Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed reservoir models using industry-standard software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, CMG).
  • Perform production forecasting, reserves estimation, and economic evaluations for new developments and existing fields.
  • Analyze well performance data, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Design and implement reservoir management strategies to optimize recovery and maximize economic return.
  • Conduct uncertainty analysis and risk assessment for reservoir projects.
  • Collaborate with geoscientists, production engineers, and drilling engineers to ensure integrated field development plans.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in reservoir engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering within the **Oil & Gas** industry.
  • Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG, tNavigator).
  • Strong understanding of reservoir characterization techniques (e.g., core analysis, log interpretation, seismic data).
  • Experience with economic evaluation software and methodologies.
