About the Role Our client, a prestigious real estate development firm with a portfolio of iconic projects, is seeking a highly experienced Lead Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This leadership position will be based in Salmabad, Northern, BH , and will oversee multiple high-value construction and development projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.   • Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initial concept through to completion and handover.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Oversee and direct the work of general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project performance.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, investors, and government authorities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Approve project-related expenditures and ensure adherence to financial controls.
  • Lead and mentor junior project management staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on large-scale development projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects in the Bahrain market.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar construction budgets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent understanding of project management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or RICS are highly valued.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
