- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional accreditation (e.g., PMP, RICS) is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a substantial portfolio of successfully delivered large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
