  • Develop comprehensive curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and exams, aligning with institutional standards and learning objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress to ensure learning outcomes are met.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and technological tools to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment, both in physical classrooms and virtual settings.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior English language instructors, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.
  • Participate in curriculum review and development committees, contributing to the continuous improvement of language programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents (where applicable), and colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative educational community.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in English language teaching and incorporate them into instruction.
  • Organize and participate in extracurricular activities or language clubs to enhance student engagement and practice opportunities.
  • Provide individualized support and remediation to students who require additional assistance.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
  • Adhere to all institutional policies and procedures, including those related to academic integrity and student welfare.
  • Contribute to the professional development initiatives of the language department.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in English Language Teaching (ELT), Applied Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in teaching English as a second/foreign language, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead instructor role.
  • Proven track record of success in teaching diverse student populations.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and pedagogical approaches.
  • Experience with online teaching platforms and hybrid learning models.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Certification such as CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
