Main Responsibilities:
- Develop new construction chemical products, including eco-friendly options to meet sustainability trends.

- Ensure technologies comply with international standards such as ASTM, EN, and BS.
- Back-engineer similar products to improve or innovate.
- Design products according to standard procedures and produce cost-effective components.
- Lead the team in quality assurance, new product development, and research to support growth.
- Conduct tests on raw materials following standard procedures.
- Perform trials and obtain third-party approvals.
- Collaborate with external laboratories using advanced testing methods like FTIR, HPLC, TGA.
