About the Role:
In this dynamic role, candidate will oversee all aspects of the sales operations for assigned territories/channels.
Candidate will provide direct leadership and coaching to the team, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and effectively promote extensive range of home appliances and building materials to customers.
Candidate will play a key role in maximizing customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with contractors, retailers, and individual buyers.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, van sales personnel, and merchandisers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve assigned sales targets for home appliances and building materials.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including scheduling, route planning, and reporting.
- Manage customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and negotiate deals for appliances and building materials.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Analyse sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in the home appliance and building materials market.
- Manage inventory levels for van sales and merchandising activities, ensuring optimal product availability.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless operations for home appliance and building material sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably within the home appliance or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- A valid Bahrain driver's license (preferred).

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Roads Engineer to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in supervising the construction of road works.
Coordinate his direct activities with the other engineers and members of the construction supervision team.
Assist the Resident Engineer in reviewing of shop drawings, design proposals, method statements and other activities including correspondence related to the road works.
Coordinate with Parsons' design engineers for resolution of related issues.
Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors.
Coordinate with the contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources.
Direct, assist and monitor the performance of the inspectors and surveyors as applicable
Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project.
Prepare / Assist in the preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress reports.
Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Resident Engineer and the project safety representatives.
Provide all necessary on-site direction and assist the Resident Engineer to issue site instructions with respect to road works and associated items.
Check and measure the performed work in his line of work, record and assist the Resident Engineer to display progress vs. programmed work.
Ensure correctness and completeness of 'as-built' drawings within his line of work.
Coordinate with Materials Engineer in material submissions, analyse laboratory and technical reports.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
