**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- **Assist in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project. Will coordinate with various government departments, contractors, consultants and public to facilitate progress and avoid delays. The Engineer at this level is a fully qualified professional, proficient in the utilization of most construction / engineering theories and practices.**:
- **Coordinate direct activities with the other engineers and members of the construction supervision team.**:
- **Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors.**:
- **Direct, assist and monitor the performance of the inspectors and surveyors as applicable.**:
- **Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.**:
- **Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project.**:
- **Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the project safety representatives.**:
- **Provide all necessary assistance to issue site instructions with respect to structural works and associated items.**:
**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**:
- **Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with minimum 10 years extensive work experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, intersections, tunnels.**:
- **Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications and be thoroughly familiar with construction-related processes related to the area of assignment.**:
- **Knowledge of English grammar and composition, the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing; to follow oral and written instructions, prepare written messages and simple charts and graphs.**:
- **Capability to perform math calculation to prepare engineering calculations, graphs and charts.**:
- **Proficiency with basic computer usage, Microsoft Office, Project Management Software and internet search engines (like Google or equivalent).**:
