You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, stability, and integrity of buildings by applying sound engineering principles and utilizing advanced design tools.   • Perform structural analysis and design for various building types, including reinforced concrete and steel structures.
  • Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., BS, ACI).
  • Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other project team members.
  • Conduct site inspections during construction to verify adherence to design documents.
  • Review shop drawings and construction submittals.
  • Utilize structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro).
  • Provide technical support and solutions to construction challenges.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in structural design for buildings.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
  • Strong understanding of concrete and steel design principles.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
