Job Description:

  • Managing Microsoft 365 Services (including exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune MDM).
  • Managing AWS Cloud Services.
  • Managing VMware ESXI/Sphere Servers.
  • Managing Microsoft Hyper-V cluster including windows servers.
  • Managing Servers (Active directory, Exchange, File Server, iis, .)
  • Managing Anti-Malware systems.
  • Managing Backup system.
  • Maintaining systems and devices efficiency.
  • Managing systems and infrastructure components on-premises and cloud.
  • Ensuring design of system allows all components to work properly together.
  • Provide and design a solution to improve the work inside the organization.
  • Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.
  • Administration, support and configuration of Microsoft 365 services and AWS services.
  • reviewing systems and applications logs on-premises and cloud.
  • verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups and monitoring tasks.
  • Deploy and design virtual environment and server network on Windows Server and VMware.
  • Managing all hosted systems on AWS.
  • Ensure that all solutions follow security and compliance controls.

  • Performing regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions or suspicious activity.

  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.

The Junior Business Administration Apprentice will support multiple departments, contributing to daily administrative tasks and learning from experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and format business documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail).
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Learn and utilize various office software and systems.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Shadow senior staff to gain insights into different business functions.
  • Undertake research tasks to support business projects.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; recent graduates or individuals seeking their first professional role are encouraged to apply.
