Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily logistics and warehousing operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules with carriers.
  • Lead and motivate a team of operations staff.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and service providers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage operational budgets and control expenses.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and transportation management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
