- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in airline operations, flight dispatch, or operations control.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, FAA, EASA) and operational procedures.
- Experience with flight planning and tracking software (e.g., Jeppesen, FlightAware, SITA).
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
