  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.
  • Foster a creative and collaborative work environment within the remote team.
  • Contribute to the development of new business pitches and creative proposals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital art direction or a similar creative leadership role.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design work (websites, apps, social media, etc.).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring design teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically about design solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with animation, motion graphics, and interactive design is a plus.
  • Experience working in an agency setting is highly desirable.
