Job Description
We are seeking an experienced engineer to work in a multi-infrastructure environment as a Senior Cloud and Information Security Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in AWS, Microsoft Office 365, ISO certification, networking, firewalls, and information security activities within the organization.
Responsibilities:- Configure and install various Cisco network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
- Maintain firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, VoIP, and web and email security programs and protocols regularly.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations on all types of switches and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
- Track, record, and monitor any security issues.
- Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems.
- Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
- Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
- Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Interact with other IT departments, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on needs.
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
- CCNA or higher (CCNP highly valued).
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
- Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
- Aware of AWS and Office information security rules and policies.
- Proven work experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role in AWS and Office 365 environments.
- Azure, AWS, and Office 365 certifications highly preferred.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Project management skills to discuss systems as needed.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Engineer.

**Responsibilities**
What we are looking for
As a Systems Engineer, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. Either at the client's site or from a remote location, you will be responsible for resolution of moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products. You should have knowledge of some Oracle products and one platform that is being supported. You will be expected to work with only general guidance from senior engineers and management and, in some areas may work independently.
