Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of humanitarian aid programs in alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in program management within the humanitarian or non-profit sector, with at least 3 years in a field-based role.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, including budget management, M&E, and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of humanitarian principles, international aid mechanisms, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in challenging and potentially insecure environments.
