Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced Senior Bus Driver to operate their fleet of vehicles in Shakhura, Northern, BH . This role requires a commitment to safety, punctuality, and exceptional customer service. As a senior driver, you will be expected to mentor newer drivers and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and vehicle maintenance. You will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently along designated routes.

- Transport passengers to and from various destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, and provide general assistance as needed.
- Adhere to strict schedules and routes, ensuring punctuality.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately to management.
- Maintain accurate passenger logs and any other required documentation.
- Provide a courteous and helpful attitude towards all passengers.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior bus drivers, sharing best practices for safe and efficient driving.
- Follow company safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers at all times.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement (P) and appropriate class for bus operation in Bahrain.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably with passenger transport.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to sit for extended periods and perform light manual tasks.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience as a lead driver or mentor is a plus.
