  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to chemical manufacturing.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and identify areas for further optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in process engineering within the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in process design, scale-up, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, separation processes, and process control.
  • Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead engineering projects and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in process safety management (PSM) principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of GMP and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for optimizing complex industrial processes. The position demands a high level of technical acumen, leadership capability, and a dedication to safety and quality.
