Qualifications:

- Strong understanding and practical application of sustainable urban development practices, smart city concepts, and resilience planning.
- High proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other urban design visualization and planning tools.
