- Demonstrated experience in program development, strategic planning, and financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of community care models, social determinants of health, and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
