Job Description
Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Curriculum Development & Instructional Design to lead their educational initiatives at their campus in Tubli, Capital, BH . This senior role is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of innovative and effective curricula across all academic programs. You will lead a team of instructional designers and subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences, ensuring alignment with educational standards and institutional goals. Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, designing learning frameworks, developing course content, and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and various learning technologies. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning content development tools is essential. You will oversee the integration of new teaching methodologies, technologies, and pedagogical approaches to enhance student learning outcomes. Strong project management skills are required to manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. We are looking for an individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team. A Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field is required, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in curriculum design, instructional technology, and educational leadership. Experience in higher education or professional training environments is highly desirable.
