About the RoleThe Digital Analytics Lead is responsible for driving the organization's data-driven decision-making by managing digital analytics tools, generating actionable insights, and optimizing digital channel performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools and technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business outcomes through precise measurement, reporting, and strategy development.
Main Responsibilities & Duties- Data Management & Integration:
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of digital analytics platforms.
- Manage data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.
- Integrate analytics tools and data sources to create a comprehensive digital performance measurement framework.
- Performance Analysis & Insights:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital metrics across platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and user behavior.
- Analyze data trends to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide recommendations to improve digital experiences and drive conversions.
- Partner with marketing, product, and BI teams to align analytics strategies with business goals.
