Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualised and group counseling sessions that address students’ emotional, social, and developmental needs.
- Work closely with teachers and administrators to implement school-wide well-being initiatives.
- Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities related to self-awareness, emotional regulation, social skills, and decision-making.
- Support transitions within school levels and prepare students for future academic pathways.
- Partner with families to navigate challenges and promote positive home-school communication.
- Coordinate and host workshops for students and parents focused on resilience, self-esteem, friendships, and healthy relationships.
- Collaborate with external professionals as needed to support student well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma in Counseling or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in counseling roles, with a strong foundation in career and academic advising.
- Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme (DP) and an understanding of international school contexts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trust with students, parents, and staff alike.
- Proven ability to tailor counseling approaches to individual student needs.
- Experience coordinating events such as college fairs, future pathways workshops, and skill-building sessions in areas like resume writing and interview techniques.
