Job Description
- Develop organizational structures, policies, procedures and administrative systems.
- Manage and direct daily production regarding the resorts and Quality Assurance Program.
- Implement new standards which will enhance the quality standards of Resorts.
- Supervise and prepare high quality standards and consistent results.
- Coordinate with the relevant department manager to fix the noted deficiency.
- Track and follow-up with departments to ensure needed corrections have been completed in a timely manner.
- Report to the GM on the results of routine checkups, corrections and any quality control issue that may arise.
Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue
English - Fluent / Excellent
Own a Car: Any
Have Driving License: Any
- Bachelor degree
- Min 8 years of experience at the same position with reputable organizations performing the same duties.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
- The ideal applicant must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions.
- Arab Nationalities preferable who has previous experience in Saudi Arabia.

Overview
The Quality Control Specialist – QC manages quality program planning, quality program evaluation, identifying and resolved quality issues, and providing technical advisory services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluates systems
- Analyzes data
- Establishes Quality Control procedures
- Use Warehouse Management System (WMS)m Distribution Standard System (DSS), Query Management Facility (QMF), QLIK
- Validates processes
- Ensures work is performed IAW DLA Distribution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Adheres to all Audits Readiness Internal Controls
- The Quality Control Specialist manages a team of Quality Control Technicians and Specialists.
- Ensures area of responsibility is operating in agreement with all referenced DLA Distribution SOPs, addendums, FRAGOS, and Process Manuals as required for day-to-day operational processing and preparation for any audit event.
- Responsible for compliance with the Audit Assertion Program reporting and documentation requirements, to include monthly assertion reporting that assigned areas of responsibility are ready for audit and or corrective action plans are documented and being corrected if an assertion cannot be made.
- Responsible for the Audit Assertion Program functional areas of Quality Control and Customer Service.
- Three (3) years-experience in the Quality Control field
- Experience with Corrective Action Plans (CAP)
- Extensive knowledge of WMS, DSS, QLIK and QMF.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel, Access and E-mail business software.
- Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a Team
- Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision
- Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, and have a strong attention for detail.

- Must have a current United States Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to maintain a U.S. Government SECRET clearance.

**Quality Control Supervisors (QCS) **work in a variety of industries, from manufacturing to food production, and are responsible for checking outgoing products to ensure that they are free of defects and produced according to internal specifications and external guidelines. This is a highly detail-oriented role, requiring familiarity with manufacturing and production processes combined with extensive knowledge of specifications and product testing.
The (QCS) works as part of a manufacturing team, maintaining records of the Quality Management System. May deliver their reports to other team members to address persistent quality issues in manufacturing and identify problem areas
**Responsibilities**
- Have knowledge of QMS, Organoleptic inspections, monitoring procedures, and reporting systems.
- Conduct daily Raw material Inbound inspection and verification.
- Follow the Sampling scale of inspections based on product specifications.
- Follow up of specification parameters with the Purchase department and sales requirements.
- Release or Hold the Inbound material based on the initial inspections or final inspections.
- Implementation and responsible for food safety.
- Import product detailed inspection and Report making & concluding.
- Maintaining and verifying food safety management system and records keeping under the quality department.
- Daily online monitoring and End product inspection.
- Monitoring online process and SOP’s pre-shipment -export process.
- Ensure the Food safety system is implemented and followed on the shop floor.
- Verification of export goods and procedures.
- Overlook the status of hygiene and safety activities of the employees and factory.
- Sales return verification and evaluation.
- Ensuring safe and healthy environments.
- Responsible for ISO, BRC, and HACCP Recertification audit documents maintenance & updating.
- Quality-related record-keeping and verification.
- Analyse possible reasons for product defects and quality lapses.
- Analyse possible reasons for process deviations product defects and quality lapses.
- Develop inspection and testing protocols for materials, products, and packaging.
- Develop methods for the testing quality of materials, products, and packaging.
- Develop product and process quality metric reports.
- Develop sampling plans for quality control purposes.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are aligned with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and the organization's policies.
- Establish SOPs and conditions for handling, storage, and preservation of samples.
- Implement plans and strategies to support the provision of safe food products.
- Inspect facilities, equipment, products, or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health sections.
- Participate in quality and food safety-related audits.
- Oversee corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) implementation and documentation with other departments.
- Participate in quality management system reviews and promote quality and food safety policies to all personnel.
- Review reports and develop guidelines and standard practices for data documentation and analysis.
- Specify the protocols and laboratory infrastructure and equipment to be inspected and tested.
- Maintain, alignment of sampling documentation, testing activities, and procedures with established protocols to identify issues.
- Maintain quality control (QC) records, test results, and reports for regulatory authorities.
**Education/Experience requirements**:
- BSc/Life Sciences (Zoology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Applied Sciences, Microbiology)
- Training: Food Safety/HACCP/ISO/ BRC/FSSC (preferred)
**Skills**:
- Windows, Excel, Word, ERP - SAP
- High level of attention to detail and familiarity with product specifications and expectations.
- Solid understanding of product testing, along with a firm grasp of best practices for testing product characteristics and durability against specifications.
- Significant attention to detail, particularly in terms of assessing a product’s quality and analyzing recurring manufacturing errors or defects.
- It’s also helpful for the Quality Controller Supervisors (QCS) to have some familiarity with manufacturing processes so they can contribute to error reduction and process enhancements.
- Problem-solving skills, effective Quality Controller Supervisors need to be adept problem-solvers, skilled at proposing and implementing solutions to manufacturing defects and recurring quality control issues.
