Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and promote a diverse range of wellness programs and activities, including fitness classes, workshops, health seminars, and special events.
- Serve as a primary resource for members, providing information on wellness programs, services, and membership benefits.
- Liaise with fitness instructors, personal trainers, nutritionists, and other wellness professionals to schedule and deliver high-quality programs.
- Manage program registration, attendance tracking, and participant feedback.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials for wellness programs through various channels (e.g., newsletters, social media, in-center displays).
- Maintain an organized schedule of all wellness activities and ensure optimal utilization of facilities.
- Assist in the development of new wellness initiatives based on member needs and industry trends.
- Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Manage inventory of wellness supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Handle administrative tasks related to wellness programs, including budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Ensure a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for all wellness participants.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in wellness offerings.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to members on their wellness journeys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Sports Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in coordinating wellness programs, fitness events, or health education initiatives.
- Strong understanding of health and wellness principles, including fitness, nutrition, and stress management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling or membership management software.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in fitness, nutrition, or health coaching are a significant advantage.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.

- Provide first aid and emergency response when necessary, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a fitness coordination, personal training, or group exercise instruction role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA) are required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by program schedules.
