Responsibilities include:

1. Performing endoscopy procedures across two hospital sites.

• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive cleaning and disinfection protocols specific to healthcare settings.
• Supervise, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation procedures.

• Proven experience in professional cleaning, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital cleaning techniques, disinfectants, and infection control standards (e.g., WHO, CDC guidelines).
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify areas for improvement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in infection control or related field is a plus.

An exciting opportunity for a general ophthalmologist to work in a permanent full time position in a rural public hospital serving the population of the Gisborne region with general secondary medial and surgical services. Vocational or Provisional Vocational Registration in Ophthalmology with the Medical Council of New Zealand

• Lead the architectural design process for new healthcare facilities and renovations, from conceptualization to construction documentation.
• Develop functional space programs and site analyses specifically for healthcare projects.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.

Job Description:

1. Apply finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body.
2. Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.
3. Confer with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful.
4. Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used.
5. Massage and knead the muscles and soft tissues of the human body in order to provide courses of treatment for medical conditions and injuries or wellness maintenance.
6. Prepare and blend oils, and apply the blends to clients' skin.
7. Reflexology: Treat patients by massaging their feet, hands, and ears to relieve them of stress, and improve circulation to the related body areas.
8. Examine the physical condition of clients, determine the root cause of ailments, and recommend suitable treatments.
9. Provide advice and guidance regarding the client’s diet, lifestyle, and work.

Requirement: Certification and training in massage therapy and reflexology.
