The Projects & Fitting Manager Out is accountable for all the aspects linked to the fitting out and installation on site of projects within the organization. The candidate is responsible for overseeing different processes related to fitting out and installation of furniture and wooden products, services and other finishes and trades, including the procurement of raw materials, which are not stocked in the company warehouse. He is also responsible for all administrative activities related to his Department.

• Lead the architectural design process for commercial projects from concept to completion.
• Develop architectural designs, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural styles and project types.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is an advantage.
