- Monthly stock reconciliations - reconcile the stock records on our ERP against the stock records on the warehouses WMS. Share the variances with the finance department for NS application.
- Stock Shrinkage Report - share a report that includes the details of the damages and its causes and value, as well as the variances and its value.
- Loading checklist - making sure the items and quantities loaded onto the trucks match the invoices. Make sure that customer LPOs are attached where necessary.
- Temperature & Hyigen check - randomly check the temperature of the goods prior to loading. Ensure that the trucks are pre-cooled before loading.
- Loading supervision - overlook the loading process to make sure that the no potential damages could be caused during handling.
- Offloading supervision - overlook the offloading process and checking the temperature data loggers to make sure that the goods are offloaded in a good condition.
- No-record stock tracking - maintain and share a list of the stocks that are of no record on the WMS like opened beef boxes.
- Excellent communication skills (English, English and Hindi/Urdu. Speaking Arabic modestly is a plus).
