Our client, a dynamic technology innovator based in A'ali, Northern, BH , is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Mobile App Developer to spearhead the development of their cutting-edge mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team and shape the user experience of innovative products. You will be responsible for the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance. This includes architecting robust and scalable mobile solutions, writing high-quality code, conducting thorough testing, and collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers. Key responsibilities involve leading code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices in mobile development. You will also play a crucial role in defining the technical roadmap for mobile initiatives and staying abreast of emerging mobile technologies and trends. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile app development. Demonstrable expertise in native iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and/or Android development (Kotlin, Java) is required, along with experience in cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter. Proven experience in leading development teams, managing project timelines, and delivering successful mobile applications to market is essential. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, RESTful APIs, and mobile security best practices is necessary. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based backend services (e.g., Firebase, AWS Amplify) is a plus.
