- Edit and assemble final rendered footage, incorporating music, voice-overs, and sound effects.
- Ensure all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with creative teams, marketing, and other departments.
- Stay current with industry trends, new software, and emerging animation techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to junior motion designers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional motion design skills across various media.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
- Experience with 3D software like Cinema 4D is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid setting.
