Key responsibilities include:

- Evaluating and recommending new process technologies and equipment.
- Preparing technical reports, proposals, and research documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional chartership is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in chemical engineering, with significant experience in process design, scale-up, and optimization.
- Extensive experience in the petrochemical, specialty chemicals, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Expert proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
- Strong understanding of reaction engineering, thermodynamics, separation processes, and transport phenomena.
- In-depth knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and environmental regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
